An activity having identical optimistic most likely and pessimistic time estimates has no variance --Does an activity having these identical estimates have a variance??????

If an activity is claimed to have no difference between its worst, most likely and best estimates, then it's either not a real activity or it's already complete. I believe that for a real project activity, if there is an estimate with identical w/ml/b values, then the variance is the gap between the estimators view and credibility.
