How to you know the project management maturity of a company?

How can I know the PM maturity of a company? Is there a standardized process to know it?

To answer this question, I must explain the PMMM (Project Management Maturity Model).

In short, the PMMM is all about evaluating the Project Management maturity in an organization from a scale of 0 to 5. Here's the breakdown:

0: No PM process is used.
1: The organization is somehow aware of PM.
2: The organization has some departments that are using PM
3: The organization has a defined PM process that is adopted across the organization's projects
4: The organization has a PMO to monitor the projects
5: Nearly all activities in the organization are projectized, monitored, and aligned with the overall strategy
