This is a question for very experienced project managers...

In your opinion, what is the key criteria to have good project management. Is this criteria related to the project manager, to the project team, or to the organization?

The key criteria to having good project management is related to the project manager, and is called "planning". You cannot have good project management without planning. A project that has the perfect project team, the ideal organizational structure (projectized), and a dedicated project manager can never succeed without a plan. It's like everything else in life.

Always remember the old saying: "Failing to plan is planning to fail".
