There was someone who failed 4 times, but seemed determined to keep trying: http://www.projectmanagementquestions.com/6563/i-have-failed-the-pmp-exam-4-times

I personally recommend that you study more, much more. Ensure that you know the PMBOK by heart. Try to think like PMI when answering questions, PMI (wrongly) believes that there is an ideal project management world where everything (including the risks) can be managed through their PMBOK, where office politics and personal agendas are non-existent, and where the project manager is empowered without having an official authority.

There are many PMP books and resources out there, try to read them (especially the ones that are conformant to the latest PMBOK).
