The project manager managing one of our company's critical projects is currently not doing a good job - in fact, he hasn't been doing a good job for a while now. The project is over-budget by almost 100% and way behind schedule. There is no way to get that project back on track at the current moment.
We would like to change him. What is the process that we need to follow so that we can get rid of him and have him replaced with (hopefully) a much better project manager?
