I'm hearing more and more about "cloud computing project management". Now I know what cloud computing is, and I know what PM is, but I don't know what these two mean when they are joined together.

Can someone explain?

There is no standard definition to this term. It is not defined in any recognized project management reference.

However, from what I've read so far, cloud computing project management means one of the following:

- Using a project management tool in the cloud (meaning that there are multiple servers hosting the tool)

- Managing a cloud computing project - such as devising/installing a "cloud" system for a specific company.

In any case, I think as the below answer states that cloud computing is mainly a useless buzzwords promoted by the creators of online PM tools.

Sounds like just a new buzz word which someone put togetner without thinking it through.  While the two may be related to each other, I'm not aware of a specific discipline known as cloud computing project management (and tried searching for examples as well).  There are project management tools which run in the cloud and its possible for a project manager to manage a project involving cloud computing.
