Your project is beginning to exceed budget and to fall behind schedule due to almost daily user change orders and increasing conflicts in user requirements. How will you address the user issues?

- Highlight this issue of changing requirements to the project stakeholders as a priority issue and fix a meeting to discuss this
- Assess the current workload and possible delays and communicate the same immediately to project stakeholders.
- If requests are coming in from different user groups , communicate the same to the client and ask for a SPOC from each team to be assigned , with whom the project team will communicate
- Take necessary steps to ensure that the Change Requests are being routed and approved in a pre-decided manner as per the Change control process. If there is no Change control process in place, draw one up immediately. Ideally all change requests need to be collated, analyzed , approved by a CCB and only then accepted and implemented after revising the project plan
