PMI Agile certification requirements

What are the requirements (eligibility criteria) for someone to be able to take the test for the Agile certification offered by the PMI? Are these requirements somehow similar to those of the PMP?

Note: If possible, please reference your answer with a resource on PMI's website.

The PMI Agile certification is still a pilot, so I'm not sure it's a wise thing to go for it (maybe PMI will cancel it later if it doesn't attract a lot of candidates).

In any case, PMI has published the requirements for their Agile certification, and these requirements are not as steep as those for the PMP. Here they are:

- A high school degree
- 2,000 hours of working on projects
- 21 contact hours - the topic of these contact hours should be about Agile (this is the only situation I know of so far where contact hours have to be about a specific topic, thus contact hours earned towards the PMP or the CAPM are not counted towards the eligibility requirements for the Agile certification).
