I am currently a Project Manager with 2350 hours of experience, but prior to that I was working as a teacher running my own classes, will that count as experience to meet the req of 4500 hrs?

I was teaching English as a second language. I was required to create a syllabus, evaluate students, form lesson plans, etc.

I don't think you have the necessary requirements to apply for the PMP. Creating a syllabus and forming lesson "plans" does not count as project management experience at all.
