Are task constraints the same as project constraints, and if no, what is the difference between the two?

Additionally, if they're different, can you please provide me with an example of a task constraint and another one for a project constraint.

Task constraints and project constraints are completely different things. Project constraints are for example, the scope, the budget, and the schedule.

Task constraints, on the other hand, are restrictions that are imposed on tasks to start or finish on a certain date, for example, "Task A must start on Tuesday, July 20th" or "Task B must end on Wednesday, August 11".
