I'm sure that every project manager faces the same scenario I face all the time: You have one project, and you have many project stakeholders, and you need to ensure all of these stakeholders' interests are satisfied. In theory this is easy, but in reality, it is next to impossible, how can you satisfy these interests when most of them are conflicting with each other? Is there a way to do this? Are project managers able to balance stakeholders' interests?
