How to create a Gantt Chart in Powerpoint?

I have a project presentation in few days, and I want to have a slide containing my Gantt chart. Is there a way to feed PowerPoint with data from MS project automatically (through a plugin or addon or something) or is the only way possible to do this is to take a snapshot of the Gantt chart (as an image) and then embed it in the PowerPoint file?

You can take a snapshot and embed an image.  Or you can insert the Gantt chart as an MS Office object.  When you double click on the slide, it will open Project and allow you to display and/or edit.

Other possibilities include using Visio, MS Drawing objects, or Excel to create a replica of your Gantt chart.

Who is your audience? Unless its other project managers, you might be better served by creating a table of deliverables and dates. This would be the recommended format for executives and management.  The Gantt chart isn't immediately going to reveal all the information tucked away behind the scenes, so consider that you might need a chart showing how your resources are being applied, how you are dealing with budget issues, etc.
