Positive risk example

According to one of the answers on this website ( http://www.projectmanagementquestions.com/3304/is-an-opportunity-really-the-opposite-of-a-risk ), there is such thing as positive risks, but the answerer fails to mention an example. Can someone please list a few examples of positive risks, explaining how they are technically risks, but they are at the same time, healthy for the project?

Positive risks are generally overlooked, and many may actually turn into negatives.  An example of a positive risk is a greater demand for your product than anticipated.  While this can often be good for sales, there has been more than one company named as one of "Oprah's favorites" which did not survive because of all the positive publicity and their struggle to keep up with the demand under pressure.  There has also been more than one company closed after achieving the Baldrige Award for quality.
