what are the disadvantages of projectized organization?

I would also add the following problems:

- Employees are treated as numbers, they are even referred to as resources in front of them.
- Project managers have absolute authority. While the lack of authority in traditional/functional organizations is a problem for project managers, the abundance of authority can also be a problem. Abuse of this authority can be problematic, especially since the project manager (as opposed to the functional manager) does not care about the resources (after all, they are not HIS resources).
- Stressful work environment for the project manager and the team members. There are always deadlines (milestones), all the time, and there is no routine work. People need routine and easy work from time to time to rest a bit.
