In my calculation of SPI, I reached an SPI of 0.8. What does this mean? Does it mean that my project is in deep trouble?

For the SPI, anything below 1 is bad news. An SPI of 0.8 means that the project is behind schedule, and that (on average) work that should initially planned to be finished in 8 hours is taking 10 hours to get done.
