Here are all the internal stakeholders I can think of in a typical IT project:

- The IT Manager
- The project sponsor
- The project manager
- The project team
- The Infrastructure manager
- The marketing department (they need to market the project)
- The finance manager (he needs to approve the project budget and he needs to regularly monitor the project costs)
- The president of the company (in case it's a small company)
- Many CXOs (see: http://www.projectmanagementquestions.com/3763/what-does-cxo-stand-for )

As for construction projects, the typical internal stakeholders are:

- The engineer
- The construction manager and/or the construction project manager
- The architect
- The project coordinator
- The developer
- The logistics department
- The procurement department (for managing suppliers)

There are probably many more in both types of projects but these are the ones I can think of at the moment.
